The award of the scholarship is subject to the fulfillment of the following terms & conditions in the concerned Accounts
Branch of the University.
ü That the awardee will submit a certificate through his/her supervisor duly attested by the concerned Head of
Department to this effect that he / she continued his / her research work in the Department and has utilized the
scholarship as per the provisions of the statutes during the period of Scholarship;
ü The awardee shall also submit his / her progress report through concerned supervisor , failing which the
Scholarship is liable to be cancelled;
ü The awardee shall submit an affidavit duly sworn before the 1st Class Magistrate to this effect that he / she
did not work in any Govt. / Private Institute during the period of Scholarship.
ü The awardee shall have no claim for the scholarship if the budget head is lapsed due to delay in submitting his/her application.
ü The HOD shall check UG/PG/NET/SET/GATE and other academic certificates of the above scholars before
sending the bills of scholarships to the accounts branch and the bills for payment be processed on monthly
basis as per University rule and copy of such bills be send to this office also for information.
